Čevapčiči, gingerbread and sarma are Serbian dishes that were eventually adopted by Slovenes. Apparently, we will repay the Serbs with the Carniolan sausage. The government has placed the promotion of this typical Slovenian meat in the national development program, and the penetration of the Carniolan sausage into the land of meat specialties is also supported by the European Union.
