Wrexham AFC have confirmed that Ryan Reynolds and It’s All the time Sunny In Philadelphia star Rob McElhenney are in shock talks to put money into the Welsh soccer membership.
Deadpool star Reynolds and McElhenney, the creator of It’s All the time Sunny, may have the prospect to “put ahead their imaginative and prescient” for the Nationwide League aspect after the Wrexham Supporters Belief Board voted in favour of permitting the potential takeover to progress.
A press release launched on Wrexham’s official web site final evening (September 23), stated: “As confirmed this morning, 97.5% of voters (1,223 members) voted in favour of the decision.

“Because of this, talks with the proposed bidders will now proceed and we’re ready to substantiate the 2 individuals occupied with investing in Wrexham AFC.”
It added: “Sooner or later, Mr McElhenney and Mr Reynolds will put ahead their imaginative and prescient for Wrexham AFC and proposal for members to vote on at a second particular normal assembly.”
Reynolds subsequently confirmed the information on Twitter, responding to a tweet from 2012 which acknowledged: “tidyy 😉 you by no means know when Ryan Reynolds goes to show up in Wrexham;).”
