Invoice and Ted Face The Music stars Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter revealed that The Beatles impressed one of many movie’s primary songs.
The movie sees Winter and Reeves reprising their roles as Ted ‘Theodore’ Logan and Invoice S. Preston respectively, which they first performed in Invoice & Ted’s Glorious Journey in 1989.
An official soundtrack for Invoice and Ted Face The Music may also land tomorrow (August 28) and feature a new song from Weezer, which was shared earlier this month.
The monitor, which may also function in its authentic kind on Weezer’s upcoming new album ‘Van Weezer’, has been ‘reworked’ by the Wyld Stallyns, Invoice & Ted’s rock band.
Chatting with Variety concerning the music and the tune “that saves the world within the film”, Reeves mentioned: “Dean Parisot [the film director] comes from a musical background, and I knew that we have been in good arms with that.
“I assume I might discuss this, however we didn’t have the tune once we have been filming, so Dean performed Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da by the Beatles as a result of for Dean, it was like, ‘I do know 113 beats per minute can be good, and Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da has 100 and it’s a feel-good tune.’
“For nights, we’d simply be listening and rock out to Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da. It’s superb how one can take heed to that tune a complete bunch and never get bored with it.”
Invoice and Ted Face The Music has been given an official UK launch date – the movie will hit cinemas on September 23.
